Passport to Provo's Skate Competition

Have you heard of the Cotopaxi Questival? Provo City has teamed up with Google Fiber to bring the city a similar event: Passport to Provo. A free, more laid back, scavenger hunt. The goal is to break the world record for the largest scavenger hunt. At the end of the evening, there will be a free after party for all the participants. This includes free food, concerts by Ryan Innes and a dance performance from BBoy Federation. The scavenger hunt will take participants through downtown Provo, and other landmarks. The hunt is estimated to take about two hours. One of the stops along the hunt is the Provo Skate Competition.

Provo City hosts an annual skate competition for city boarders ages 8+. There are three levels, and skaters range from young beginners to experienced teens and adults. This year we are expanding to get more skaters and are adding food trucks. Board of Provo is sponsoring the event, and epic prizes will be won by the top three skaters in each level. These prizes can range from decks, apparel, gear and board equipment. The competition takes place this Saturday, the 13th, and will start at 10:00am. Provo scavenger hunt participants will come complete a task at the park so we are adding stands to make our viewing audience bigger than ever.We hope you will come be apart of it!

Register Here, at the Recreation Center, or Board of Provo.
