The Pioneer Day Extravaganza is going to be on Saturday, July 23rd! We are so excited for this event because of all of the new games, crafts, and contests that we have planned. And we are so excited about it that we have to share all of the new activities with you!

Homemade Pie-oneer Cook-off:
Enter your homemade pie into the Pie-oneer Cook-off! Your pie will be judged by a Professional Chef, Miss Provo and Provo Mayor John Curtis. All the participants will receive a prize and First, Second, and Third place winners will receive Grand Prizes! We will also have a public taste testing after the winners are announced!

Pioneer Scavenger Hunt:
You will be able to check out a compass at the Event Information Booth to participate in a Pioneer Scavenger Hunt throughout the park. Follow the clues and directions while you learn about Utah's Pioneer Heritage. Once you complete the Scavenger Hunt you will receive a prize!
Sheriff's Reward:
At the Pioneer Day Event, you can try to find the Sheriff! If you find him at the event, approach him and ask him if you could become a Park Deputy! You will receive a fun prize/badge!
