Do I Have to Bring a Date?

Not at all. Make your bike your date! You can bring your friends, your crew, your fiance,  your secret crush, or come by yourself. Everyone is invited.

What Do I Wear?

We encourage you to wear formal attire, but it is not required. We understand if you are more comfortable riding in jeans or biker shorts, we just want you to come! If you are wearing a skirt or dress, we have some fun tips and tricks to easily ride your bike, check those out here.

What if I Don't Have a Bike?

Outdoors Unlimited will be renting bikes 1%5 off for Bike Prom participants. We highly recommend the tandem bike for you and your special someone. Look at their bike selection here.

What if My Bike Breaks on the Ride?

Our sponsor, Mad Dog Cycles, will be riding with us and will fix your bike on the spot whenever possible! And if the fix is too big for the ride, they'll give you a lift in their truck.

What if I Get Separated From the Group or Lost on the Route?

There will be signs and markers to outline the route. Volunteers, staff, and the police escort will make every effort to keep the group together. Either way, make your way over to the Recreation Center at the end of your ride.

What will I do with my bike during the dance?

Mad Dog Cycles will take good care of you bikes while you party. They'll valet park your park and make sure it's well protected during your event. We take both childcare and bike care seriously at this event.

I Just Want to Come to the Dance, I Don't Want to Ride a Bike

That's fine too! You can meet up with the group at 8PM at the Recreation Center and join in the fun!
